Your Business As Food (75 seconds)

You may find yourself in business wanting to return phone calls and emails quicker; drink more water during your day; spark more passion for your work, while making a better contribution to the world.

If you are like most professionals of the 21st century, you may want to take on more changes than you can handle.  This may leave you feeling unproductive and overwhelmed.

It is like overindulging at an all you can eat buffet.  You may be trying to consume more than you can humanly digest leaving you with an upset stomach and feeling fatigued.

After coaching hundreds of professionals around meditation and clarity in the workplace, I have found that most professionals excel in making changes by first increasing their self awareness.

Instead of taking on every recommendation that other people have for you, start by taking some time each day to clear your mind and reflect on your intention for the day.

When you are clear on your intentions you will know which areas of your work to focus on and in the land of all you can eat, you may find that you are able to have your cake and eat it too.

Wishing you all a Happy Monday,

Jason
