Mind, Gut, and Heart  (94 Seconds)

After last weeks Minute several of you may be wondering the difference between following our gut instincts and our truth in our hearts.

I believe our intuition is rooted in the heart and can give us tremendous access to find clarity and ease in decision making.

My Mastermind buddy, Adam Kayce, explains the simple differences between our mind, gut, and heart.

Our mind is based on the outside world and helps us to evaluate and compare situations.

Our gut instinct is based on past experiences and helps us connect with feelings and emotions.

The heart is based on connecting with the present moment and helps us to find a barometer for truth.

Your mind will judge and evaluate an event; you gut will add feelings and emotions; and your heart will help you center yourself to be fully present.

All three are very important in business settings.  However, usually, the business world relies heavily on the mind, with some leaning on gut instinct; while mostly avoiding the heart’s guidance.

Take some time this week and relax your mind as you open your heart and enhance your intuition both in your life and your workplace.

Wishing you all a Happy Monday,

Jason
