Is your mind having its way with you at the office lately?  You’re thoughts are becoming a bit harsh, challenging your self worth and criticizing everything you do.

You are fully aware that what your mind is saying is not true, but it’s like receiving messages through a stereo that has a defective volume control button.

You try to avoid the thoughts, but they are much like having seconds at dessert time.  It is just too easy to take another serving until you’ve digested the thought and you’re left totally frustrated and completely overwhelmed.

It is a human condition to have these thoughts of lack, fear, and separation.  And although you may feel like you are alone with that critical mind, your colleagues and clients have the same stereo blaring between their ears at times.

If you are looking for a solution or magic pill to eliminate those negative voices altogether, there is some bad news; you can’t.

But you can begin to understand how to quiet those thoughts.

To enhance mindfulness and decrease the volume of self negativity try the follow steps.

  1. Start by thanking your negative voices for sharing
  2. Acknowledge that as humans we all have these thoughts
  3. Begin to explore your spirituality and connection to something greater than the thoughts in your mind

If you are ready to explore your spiritual side for yourself and your business, but don’t want to do it alone, I invite you to call me at 503-522-4562 for a free no-hype conversation.

Wishing you all a Happy Monday,
