How to Spot the Major Flaws in Your Resolutions? (140 seconds)

It is the first week of January and you are sitting around with other Professionals chatting away….. when you hear Cletus say he is going to lose more weight, make more money, and become more organized this year…….

You smile and say, “That’s nice Cletus.” The truth is Cletus says this every year and then starting around the third week of January he is once again challenged with his weight, money, and organization.

Like Cletus, millions of professionals declare resolutions each year only to find they are frustrated a few weeks later as they work to make changes in their life and work.

So what are the major flaws you can avoid which will help you find a better way to accomplish your resolutions this year?

Ask yourself if your resolution lights you up and opens your heart.  And if it does -then spend some time each day visualizing yourself in that state of being. See yourself being the person with the goals, the results, the accomplishments that you resolved to be.

Next find a partner or community to help you remember that state of being when you forget.  Everyone forgets at times- but a community of support can quickly help your remember the person that you truly are and who you desire to Be.

I’ve done Tony Robbin’s workshops, taken loads of internet classes, and even did three years of chaplaincy training.  What I’ve learned is true is that change in our external life come from changes in who you are Being.

What are my New Year’s resolutions you ask?  What lights me up this year is the idea of being happy and finding laughter.

And if you are an entrepreneur and want to find a better way to work, then I recommend you check out the upcoming teleclass series which will help catapult your business forward. - Is Your Business Missing the 3 Essential Keys.

Wishing you all a Happy Monday,

Jason
