Does this sound familair? You are in a business setting, people are discussing their views, and although you want to share, cat's got your tongue and you're afraid of how other people will respond to your input.

Friday night my wife asked me what my favorite thing was about our daughter Sierra.  Without hesitation I said her unbridled self expression.  The way she can run around in front of anyone with nothing but a diaper on swinging her hands in the air and laughing out loud like like some kind of crazed orangatang. 

Now I'm not recommending you go to work in just your underwear and pull a Sierra, but how about taking a chapter out of her book by taking some steps in being more self-expressed. 

To your suprise you might find yourself feeling more passion and joy at work and you might even inspire those around you who are also waiting for that fire alarm to be pulled.
