In This Issue: Adventure Seeker (87 Seconds) Are you so afraid to make a mistake that you have found yourself paralyzed in the saftey zone? Maybe you have noticed that you are second guessing your instincts more than usual? Or Perhaps you're being overly catious not to ruffle anyone's feathers, and beginning to wonder if there is any way to break free from your mind's exagerrated worse case scenarios. Even when you've started your day with positive affirmations such as "I am powerful," by the end of the day you may be whipping yourself for being such a fraidy cat and observe your own inner voice say things like "What am I so afraid of?". When you're stuck in a rut, it can somethimes take more than just a positive affirmation to make that lasting difference. In takes trust and action. Trusting your instincts serve to teach you about "mis"takes and will give you opportunities to learn and grow. Today listen to your heart, trust yourself, and take one action regardless of how large or small. No matter what the end result, you'll learn something new that staying in your safety zone will never be able to teach you. If you do take that first step today, send me an email and let me know. I'd love to hear about what new adventure you're seeking.
