In This Issue: I'm Right - You're Wrong (73 Seconds) For the past 2000 years we have created a system of logic which places viewpoints into good and bad or right and wrong. There may be a co-worker or client that you know who is clearly in the wrong; however, perhaps you are avoiding and resisting seeing life from their perspective. Instead of viewing the situation as black and white, see if you can take a look through a gray lens. Imagine for a moment of a glass half filled with water. Is the glass half full or half empty? Well, the answer is clearly yes! The glass is half full and half empty. Perhaps the current disagreement you are having with another business professional is not about right and wrong, but a matter of different perspective. And who knows, with a short conversation you may be able to agree that you disagree while releasing any feelings of separation or resentment towards one another. This week try walking in the shoes of those around you, and see where you are giving up being happy so that you can be right Wishing you a Happy Monday, Jason
