Although I may have been a touch apprehensive about the concept of board breaking before the workshop, I found the experience truly life altering.  I broke a board with my bare hands while breaking through to the greater truth within me at the same time! His enlightening, non-threatening, and empowering approach has really enabled me to effectively make better choices, release fear, and move toward my goals.
